This little feller is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath on a big lot on the small town of Sinanche. A little plain on the outside. But imagine a crisp white paint job with potted pencil cactus on the front porch. Or a bougainvillea climbing that left side.
Inside leaves a little more to be desired. But flash photography can make even the most inviting home look like a crime scene. I can see the talavera tile on the inside of the archway with a row on the wall side, too. Maybe a super light stain on the concrete.
Bare bones kitchen, but not unusual for the area. Pick up some pre-fab kitchen cabinets in Merida, tile the backsplash (not that I see a sink but surely it's in there somewhere). Barstools on the side of the counter.
Here's the the Google Streetview. (Bless you, poor driver who had to circumnavigate the Yucatan for my benefit). You are really committed to moving once you spray paint SE VENDE on your fence. Look at the little window overhangs. and the big, deep, cleared yard. It's not easy to clear land in the Yucatan.
All in all, not a bad spot for 400K pesos. That's around $27,000US. You'll need that pesky fideicomiso as this is still within the 60Km federal zone from the coast. Deets here: http://www.casayucatanrealestate.com/Detalle_Propiedad.php?id=1262
